The majority of support group meetings are held as in-person 'drop-in' sessions during the day, but I do hold a regular monthly online evening Zoom chat if preferred.

I personally run in-person meetings within High Wycombe, Beaconsfield and Holmer Green, and co-ordinate Hub Group meetings for Milton Keynes and Oxfordshire; although these are hosted on my behalf by members living within these communities. 

All the groups are very informal and generally parents and caregivers who attend support children of pre-school age up to about 20, although this is not limited.  They’re safe spaces where you can ask questions, share opinions and receive thoughtful feedback or signposting from others on a similar PDA journey. 

In addition, I host a separate ‘Carers of PDA adults’ group that often has more relevant discussions for families supporting older children (18+). 

Invited speakers, training sessions and family events are also organised from time-to-time or on request. 

More information on meeting dates, venues and times below, but it's always worth contacting me in advance to check whether a meeting is going ahead to avoid disappointment, as unfortunately last-minute changes do sometimes occur.
